Membership

Membership of the WHAI is open to all historians, researchers, teachers, students and people interested in women’s and gender history, in particular Irish women’s/gender history.  We have membership drawn from across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Britain, the USA and many other parts of the world. 

Membership of the WHAI helps promote the study of and research into Irish women’s /gender history – an area of research which has being expanding steadily since the foundation of the WHAI.   Membership also entitles members to regular updates on events, book publications, seminars, exhibitions, and other issues of interest in this area.  You will also be able to attend the WHAI annual conference at a reduced fee. 

Annual membership fees are: €30.00 for waged members  €15.00 for non-waged / students €20.00 for international members.
